The Photos To Go Unlimited service is intended to be a resource for images to be used during the term of the subscription. Photos To Go Unlimited limits the total images downloaded per day to 50 to prevent abuse of the service. All original use of the images must take place during the term of the subscription.

13) What are the terms of the Photos To Go Unlimited 100% Money-Back Guarantee?

Photos To Go Unlimited wants you to be completely happy with your licensed images. We are proud of the work done by our artists. If you are not satisfied with your license and you notify us within 5 business days of your transaction, we will issue you a refund by crediting the credit card you used to place your order. All you have to do is agree in writing that all images downloaded have not been used in any way (including both completed projects and presentations) and that you have deleted all copies of the image. Index retains the sole right to revoke this clause if it feels images have been or may be used.
